  • 编制工艺文件，包括工艺规程、SOP、WI、粗车图纸、焊接毛坯拆图、工艺流程图、PFMEA、定额和工艺路线，设计工装及特殊刀具，制订产品工时定额；
  • Compile process files, including process procedure, SOP, WI, rough shape drawing, welding blank drawing, process flow chart, PFMEA, BOM and routine, design tooling and special cutting tools, and manufacturing working hours for product;
  • 解决现场各类与加工有关的技术与质量问题，监督工艺执行情况，指导生产及培训作业员；
  • Solve various technical and quality problems related to machining on site, audit process implementation, guide production, and train operators;
  • 工艺、工装、刀具优化改进；提高生产效率，降低加工成本，改进生产布局；
  • Optimize and improve process, tooling and cutting tools; enhance production efficiency, reduce machining cost, and improve workshop layout;
  • 推动新技术、新工艺的开发和应用；
  • Implement development and application of new technology and new process;
  • 根据加工和装配特点，提出产品的设计建议；
  • Propose product design suggestions according to the characteristics of machining and assembly;
  • 有效支持国产化项目的实施，跟进产品样件的加工
  • Support the implementation of localization projects effectively, and follow up the machining of product samples;
  • CAD/CAM项目支持
  • Support CAD/CAM project
  • 支持运营及其它相关部门，如BM、维修中心等
  • Support operation and other relevant departments, e.g. BM and service center.
  • 完成部门经理以及上级安排的相关工作
  • Complete the related tasks appointed by Department Manager and function leader
职位要求· 本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业· Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and related majors;· 五年以上相关工作经历;· Over 5 years of related work experience;· 良好的理论知识和实际经验;· Favorable theoretical knowledge and practical experience;· 精通office，SAP和CAD;· Be proficient in office, SAP and CAD;· 英语听、说、读、写良好，并精通专业英语;· Be good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and be proficient in professional English;· 了解质量体系及相关知识;· Know quality system and the related knowledge;· 机加工方向-掌握数控编程、设备操作及CAM;· Major in machining, master CNC programming, equipment operation and CAM;· 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神;· Favorable communication ability and team cooperation spirit;· 为人正直，公平、公正;· Integrity, fairness and justice;· 思维敏锐，具备创新精神及较强的学习能力· Sharp thinking, spirit of innovation, stronger learning ability.额外信息With colleagues stretching across the globe, we are proud of our diversity.
