- Act as a strategic partner to market leadership, advising on business and operational strategy, co‑managing risks and opportunities, and supporting achievement of market targets.
- Serve as a co‑pilot to External Affairs and Commercial teams, providing financial partnership across key accounts, general trade, and digital commerce.
- Lead market target achievement, financial planning, and deployment — from strategy crafting to new business development.
- Own full P&L management, ROI assessment, and financial reporting for the China business.
- Leverage insights from diverse data sources to challenge assumptions, generate value, and drive business performance and growth.
- Connect commercial activities with financial expertise to ensure enterprise-wide alignment and effective decision-making.
- Co-create long‑range plans with Market Business Leaders and the Cluster team; propose pricing strategies, deployment plans, and commercial priorities to shape volume and SOM ambitions.
- Participate in market strategy reviews and operating budget (OB) cycles, ensuring commercial strategies are robust, sustainable, and fully integrated.
- Develop pricing and volume scenarios, including manufacturer and tax-driven models; deliver NPL volume and SOM projections using portfolio insights and historical trends.
- Act as gatekeeper for investment and budget management; partner with commercial teams to define ROI expectations, assess investment programs, and monitor performance against targets.
- Lead or support key account commercial negotiations, including contract terms, margin structures, trade program evaluation (POSM, contracted outlets, P4P), and optimization opportunities.
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
- 5+ years of FP&A and controlling experience preferably within FMCG industries
- Proven experience in fast‑paced multinational businesses, demonstrating strong financial and commercial partnering capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and lead change across functions.
