- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience in the Gaming, App, and Mobile Advertising landscape.
- Experience in securing agreements and driving growth amid market competition.
- Knowledge of mobile spaces, engaged online advertising business models, and key market players.
- Ability to establish industry-wide relationships within the mobile gaming sector.
- Ability to design and drive complex, full-cycle partnerships from negotiation to execution.
- Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of top Gaming/App partners in Greater China, focused on maximizing their business growth with Google.
- Define strategy, provide thought leadership, and design/drive complex, full-cycle business agreements from negotiation through execution.
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners across all levels, from working teams to the C-suite.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including leadership and a broad spectrum of other functions, such as Product, Trust and Safety, Sales Finance and Marketing to drive success for partners.
- Propose optimal and creative solutions and drive adoption of new products/features to meet partner business objectives.
