- Several years of experience from working with compliance, forensic investigation, internal audit or internal control.
- Trustworthy with strong ethics and personal integrity.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; being able to simplify complex information and transfer this to the wider organization in terms of clear processes and procedures as well as training.
- Understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with an array of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to create impact and buy- in at all levels of the organization.
- Sound decision-making ability to translate direction into execution and determination to ensure implementation and follow-through in a global, decentralized matrix organization.
