- Aligned with the overall Rotork People Strategy, the incumbent in this role will be responsible for the People Strategy definition and deployment aligned with the business strategy for the CPI P&L globally as well as implement the relevant HR initiatives for the regional footprint in scope: Align people priorities with overall business objectives and global HR strategy to deliver CPI commercial goals and enable future growth, whilst role modelling our DNA.
- Executive and senior-level business partnership: Partner with executive-level leaders to drive HR strategies that support business objectives and organisational growth. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
- Culture & Engagement: Lead evolution of culture to embed Rotork's DNA and ensure focus engagement actions/ processes become a core business process in the CPI and APAC People Agenda.
- Responsible for the succession plan relevant to next generation of leaders within the CPI global leadership team and regional level.
- Talent Management:
- Talent Acquisition: Working together with regional TA Partner, to develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for CPI globally/region.
- Talent Development: Execute and oversee programs for employee development, improve leadership bench strength for the CPI/APAC region through development and robust succession planning.
- Talent Retention: Create initiatives to retain high-performing employees and reduce turnover.
- Performance Management: improve performance management culture to drive employee productivity and development.
- Build and lead a global and regional HRBP organization as well as Talent acquisition partners that will support the deployment of the CPI and APAC relevant HR strategy.
- Responsible for Strategic Workforce planning for the CPI P&L and region as well as the critical skills capabilities strategy for the competitiveness of the CPI and APAC region in the future.
- Organisation transformation and change management: Lead complex organisational transformation change initiatives and transformation to improve health and readiness of organisation to deliver sustainable business growth.
- HR effectiveness and capability development: Lead and develop global and regional HR team ensuring close business partnership and effective HR deliver - working in collaboration with the wider global HR community.
- Education: Degree Educated. A master's or professional qualification would be an advantage (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR or similar)
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on commercial global HR leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong global leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Certifications: HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
- International experience: Proven experience in international/global HR leadership roles in matrixed organisations.
- Knowledge of HR technology upskilling tools, AI tool and digital workforce solutions
- Deep understanding of business models, market and financial drivers.
- Knowledge of local employment and labour legislation and market employee relation practices.
