  • Combines commercial precision, operational discipline, and strategic clarity. This role is about management renewal, performance elevation, and structural improvement.
  • Full management of the national sales function, overseeing regional performance, customer satisfaction, commercial compliance, and cross-functional integration with marketing, product, and business intelligence.
National Sales Management
  • Direct all regional sales operations across China, including Key Accounts, SME's, Distribution/dealer channel, and E-commerce platforms.
  • Set performance expectations, pipeline standards, and coaching/motivation campaigns across the team
  • Own customer success outcomes in collaboration with service and support functions (Structural collaboration with Marketing, Business Intelligence and Finance teams is crucial)
Sales Structure and Compliance
  • Implement transparent reporting structures and territory management discipline
  • Align/create realistic targets and incentives with business integrity and market conditions
Strategic Sales Execution
  • Translate company strategy into actionable sales initiatives by region, channel, and customer type
  • Rebuild trust with customers through clarity of pricing, positioning, and value-added selling
  • Lead the rollout of legacy product tiering and new product integration into the market
Cross-functional Bridge
  • Act as the key link between Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Finance to unify data, strategy, and messaging
  • Contribute actively to management-level decisions as a trusted member of the China team.
European family businessNational Sales
  • Proven sales management in a sales organization with minimum 8-10 years of B2B experience in manufacturing, hardware, or building materials industries
  • Experience managing teams of 50+ with strong understanding of China's regional market complexities
  • Demonstrated ability to reset underperforming teams, install discipline, and execute turnaround strategies
  • Deep commercial understanding: pricing, margin protection, tiering strategy, and go-to-market planning
  • High integrity with a strong instinct for internal team mechanics, loyalty, and discretion
  • Able to operate effectively in both German and Chinese cultural environments; experience with multinational structures preferred
