- Responsible for the industrial cable and industrial connectivity demand creation and promoting the ESD in China Rolling Stock customers.
- Responsible for maintaining the relationship with these key metro & railway customers and follow up all active projects in their hands. Identify opportunities to grow revenue in existing accounts with more project won and share gain from competitors. Maximize share of wallet and customer satisfaction through deployment of robust Account Plans.
- Execute business strategies to achieve growth in responsible vertical. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
- Drive and support effectively the key channel partner and its sales team for improvement of win rate and share gain in the metro and railway market.
- Drive new business development with support from the product and R&D team, and business partner
