As an expert in client accounts, you'll ensure account health by proactively monitoring all activities, while seeking feedback to grow more of their business and creating long-term strategies to improve the client experience. You'll also generate business and upsells by developing value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for clients. You will proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' marketing needs and their competition to anticipate their needs and deliver new insights to them. You'll also proactively own and elevate relationships throughout multiple levels at the customer's organization. You will act as a thought leader on industry trends, technology, and KPIs.
