- Owning and managing a portfolio of APAC publisher accounts, with a primary focus on Chinese mobile app publishers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across Chinese publishers, while supporting growth initiatives across additional APAC markets
- Identifying and unlocking revenue growth opportunities through data-driven insights and tailored monetisation strategies
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Technical, Product, Demand, and Operations) to maintain client relationships and help scale revenue through tactical partner management across key Supply partners and mobile app publishers
- Preparing and confidently presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations during QBRs and partner reviews
- Monitoring trends within the Chinese and broader APAC programmatic and mobile ecosystem to inform strategic decisions
- Previous experience in an account management and/or operations role ideally gained in an AdTech business (SDK, Ad Network, or Programmatic role at a publisher or client)
- Experience with SDK clients and the programmatic landscape
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with the ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders across China and the wider APAC region
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to interpret and collate large pools of data
- Confidence in communicating and presenting
- The ability to work autonomously and to think strategically
