- Lead the technical positioning of crop nutrition
- Use crop programs in area of responsibility, collect and analyse the data and provide insights.
- Customize and assemble value proposition / technical advantages of DVA's products and programs, adapted to regional conditions.
- Provide technical expertise to sales and regulatory
- Monitor market trends and provide market insights
- Implement testing plan to customize recommendations, identify and measure technical benefits of DVA's products, systems and solutions
- With customer focus, interact with the product development team to influence the creation of recommendations that meet customer needs.
- Handling customer complaints (product efficacy related)
- View and report periodic opportunities, threats, market trends and movements of competition that may impact our business.
- Ambassador at technical/commercial events.
- Requires knowledge and understanding within relevant area which would typically be gained through minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (CP and crop knowledge).
- Skills to transform technical recommendations in arguments and customer benefits.
- Ability to interact, work in teams, lead, make decisions and influence people.
- Skills on oral and written communication
- Familiarity with data analytical programs
- Good English minimum
- Master's degree desirable.
- Have academic experience on field experiment.
