About this Position

The job purpose is to provide full formulation development service to ensure future requirement of respective business units are reflected in the long-term platform programs.

What you´ll do

Responsible for laundry and homecare washing lab. Arrange and conduct tests according to Henkel SOP. Maintain equipment & accessories and provide necessary training for related functions.
Formulation sample preparation and conduct APAC formulation stability related tests.

Local claim test support. Good communication with 3rd party.

System and documentation support.

Manage laundry lab and washing lab EHS maintenance. Ensure the good practice of lab EHS policy.

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's degree with 3yrs+ formulation sampling experience with at least 1 year in laundry and homecare.

Major in chemistry related.

Able to communicate in English (CET4 or equivalent).
Familiar with formulation preparation and related stability tests.

Familiar with washing lab tests and claim tests.

Able to communicate in both English and Chinese.

Fast learner.

Entrepreneurship & leadership.

Able to work under pressure.

Good time management.

Familiar with office software, particularly excel and PPT.
