Supplier Quality Assurance Manager工作职责：Lead the SQA team for supplier management & improvement领导SQA 团队负责供应商的管理和提升Collect and track the supplier KPI and performance收集和跟踪供应商质量KPI 和表现Focus on the supplier FAI/PPAP approval & NCR closure and corrective actions validation关注在供应商FAI/PPAP 批准以及NCR 的关闭和跟踪改善Together with SQD team to perform the audit for supplier release and annual audit协同SQD 团队对供应商的准入以及开展年度审核Responsible for supplier new project FAI/PPAP approval and serial production management负责供应商新项目FAI/PPAP批准和供应商批量生产管理- New Project d FAI/PPAP approval新项目FAI/PPAP批准
- Attend QTA meeting, identify Voith requirement with Engineering, SQD, IE, Supplier, define the inspection items, method, frequency and As a member of project team, represent and requirement that supplier submit PPAP/FAI documents
- Be responsible for parts measurement adaption and get alignment with supplier or inter-company
- Lead and organize products supplier material incoming quality control and PPAP approval
- Issue non-conformity report to supplier, evaluate 8D report and monitor
- Perform monthly and yearly report and raise supplier improvements items and take effective actions
- Implementation of product audits at supplier according to certification requirement
- Problem solving for supplier parts issue in incoming inspection，production and 0km
- Push supplier to make continuous improvement according to actual findings
- Others tasks assigned by leaders
