1、Responsible for new energy electric drive system equipment maintenance and management, to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation.
2、Participate in new energy electric drive equipment technology transformation and upgrade projects to improve production efficiency and product quality. ...3, the development of equipment operating procedures, maintenance plans and emergency treatment programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
4、Diagnose and analyze equipment failures and develop effective solutions to reduce downtime.
5、Cooperate with the team to carry out equipment selection, procurement and installation and commissioning work, to ensure that equipment performance to meet production requirements.
6、Regularly evaluate the operating status of equipment to prevent potential problems.
7、Provide equipment use training and technical support for operators to improve the overall equipment management level.Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
