Welcome to Bosch.Job Description负责与客户针对动力域相关功能实现方案进行系统定义Responsible for powertrain and hybrid control system design with custom.负责EV/PHEV车型VCU/HCU软件需求文档编制Responsible VCU/HCU software requirement development for EV/PHEV.负责VCU/HCU软件开发（基于Matlab/Simulink）。Responsible for VCU/HCU software development based on Matlab/Simulink.负责实车功能测试和性能标定Responsible for VCU/HCU function test and performance calibration.作为客户项目技术接口人，制定项目开发计划，协调内部资源，管理客户需求和工程变更.Acting as customer technical interface, define project plan, coordinate internal resources, responsible for requirement management and change request.Qualifications5年以上整车控制器/混合动力控制控制相关的系统、软件或标定经验5 years system design, SW or calibration experience for VCU/HCU.至少两个完整得混合动力车型（PHEV）开发经验At least 2 whole projects experience for HCU develop.熟悉汽车动力控制系统设计和软件开发Familiar with powertrain control system design and SW development.具备一定的Matlab Simulink能力Certain level capacity of Matlab Simulink熟练掌握Vector CANape/etas INCA等标定工具；Familiar with Vector CANape/etas INCA tool.本科以上车辆控制领域专业Bachelor degree or above with automotive engineering background.
