Requirements Management: Lead the definition and prioritization of epics, features, and user stories for China-specific product releases. Ensure clarity and alignment across engineering, product, and commercial teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Team Formation & Development: Build and mentor a local portfolio management team. Provide coaching, career development, and succession planning.
Commercial Support: Partner with China commercial teams around commercial model, pricing, go-to-market and customer success.
Governance & Reporting: Establish KPIs, manage budgets, and report progress to global and regional leadership.
