- Define and evolve Lenovo's AI product portfolio strategy in alignment with the company's overall AI vision, with deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies (e.g. LLMs, Agents, Tools), and evolving customer needs.
- Work closely with product teams across segments and BUs to gather, evaluate, and prioritize AI-related product requirements.
- Build and maintain a unified portfolio view across AI features, platforms, and experiences.
- Support leadership in making investment decisions, identifying portfolio gaps, and ensuring product-market fit.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to drive portfolio execution and alignment.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or portfolio planning, preferably in AI or software platforms.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, intelligent agents, and the AI product landscape.
- Proven ability to synthesize market, customer, and technical inputs into strategic product plans.
- Experience working with multiple business units in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- 5-8年产品管理、战略或组合规划经验,有AI或软件平台经验者优先。
- 深刻理解大语言模型(LLMs)、智能体(Agents)及AI产品领域格局。
- 具备将市场、客户和技术输入整合为战略性产品规划的成熟能力。
- 有在矩阵式组织中与多个业务单元合作的经验。
- 优秀的分析能力、沟通能力和利益相关者管理能力。
