Operate and monitor can washing machines, ensuring proper settings and continuous operation.
Load and unload cans onto the washing line, maintaining a consistent flow.
Conduct regular inspections of cans for cleanliness and defects before and after washing.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of washing equipment, including replacing filters and nozzles.
Monitor chemical levels in washing solutions and make adjustments as needed.
Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report major issues to maintenance personnel.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete production logs and quality control documentation accurately.
Assist with other production tasks as required.

Job Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting, is an advantage.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg
