Set up, adjust, and operate deco machines, including loading and unloading materials.
Monitor machine performance, product quality, and identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
Conduct routine quality checks on decorated can bodies, ensuring adherence to visual and dimensional specifications.
Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of deco equipment as per schedule.
Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including wearing appropriate PPE.
Report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and achieve daily targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in a printing or decoration environment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor adjustments and maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them strictly.
Previous experience in the can manufacturing industry is a plus
