- Act as a subject matter expert on risk and economics solutions, providing front-line sales support through engaging in client meetings, technical product consultation, pre-sales activities and solutions demonstrations, developing rich knowledge of use cases and workflows
- Develop and maintain product and sales materials, including presentations, case studies, factsheets and proposals aligned to key client workflows
- Support the development and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across the Global Risk & Economics portfolio, including designing collaterals and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
- Analyze competitive landscape and market demands, partnering with cross-functional teams to synthesize client insights and market intelligence into product development and GTM strategy
- Maintain and strengthen key client relationships through proactive follow-up communications, systematic tracking of client feedback, and collaborative preparation of proposals tailored to client needs
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including sales data, market penetration and ROI of campaigns
- Undergraduate or master's degree in business, finance, economics or related field
- 2-4 years of experience within product management / go-to-market / business development role within information services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including senior executives, and collaborate across teams
- Professional level fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint)
