- Lead regional expertise team (PT/LOP1-AA) for SC planning on PT level responsible for the region Asia Pacific
- Assume operational responsibility for the regional demand management and supply availability control process (non-AC/ASA business)
- Orchestrate demand planning process in the region as part of the S&OP process and escalate if no demand alignment reached
- Contribute to supply validation step of the S&OP process
- Provide information to management regarding regional demand situation and deviations
- Monitor relevant KPIs (Forecast Accuracy and Bias, Availability Quota, FG inventory, Overstock etc.) and drive projects to improve Forecast Quality, inventory structure and stock availability on regional or Hub level
- Positive and empathetic leader with a strong agile mindset who inspires the team and has a compelling vision for Supply Chain Planning of the future
- Relevant university degree of Supply Chain Operations Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analysis etc.
- Several years of business experience in planning-related logistics functions with a focus on demand planning and supply planning
- Deep knowledge of planning systems (Add*ONE PIM & PDP, and/or Kinaxis Maestro etc.)
- Strong communication skills to manage different stake holders with effective collaboration among cross-functional areas
- Mindset to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Proven record in supply chain planning related KPI improvements
- Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
- Fluent in English and experience and willingness to be part of global team
