  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather judgmental input on future sales, validate and get alignment of SKU/CSO level sale forecast
与销售和市场部合作，收集对未来销售的判断信息，验证并对SKU/CSO级别的销售预测达成一致
  • Execute demand planning consists of standard demand, phase-in/ phase-out, promotions, cannibalization effect, etc.
执行需求计划：包括日常标准需求、新老品切换、促销计划等
  • Day-to-day operational supply control from supplier to local warehouse and regular exchange with suppliers
负责从供应商到当地仓库的日常供货控制，以及与供应商的定期交流
  • Take actions in case of supply issues (e.g. transportation delay) in collaboration with physical distribution
在出现供应问题（例如运输延误）时，与实物流部门协作采取行动
  • Monitor stock availability and inventory structure, ensure healthy inventory level in warehouse
监控库存水平和库存结构，确保仓库库存水平健康
  • Planning master data and parameter setting (incl. planning strategy, MOQ etc..)
计划主数据和参数设置（包括计划策略、最小起订量等）
  • Continuously work to improve demand planning forecast accuracy , improve stock availability and reduce overstock
不断提高需求计划预测准确性，提高库存可用性并减少呆滞库存Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
  • 1-3 years working experience preferred
1-3 年工作经验者优先
  • Good knowledge in supply chain planning and S&OP process
熟悉供应链计划和 S&OP 流程
  • Strong communication skill and analytical skills
较强的沟通能力和分析能力
  • Familiar with OFFICE suite and ERP system (SAP preferred)
熟悉OFFICE办公套件及ERP系统（SAP优先）
  • Internationally minded, fluent in English
