- Develop and implement sales and business development plan to deliver Consumer sales target on quarterly basis through execution on our Consumer strategy
- Maintain external relationships with Ecom key accounts as needed in collaboration with hospital sales, distribution management, and Marketing
- Actively liaise with internal management team, to ensure alignment of direction, business objectives, and excellence in execution, in particular Consumer Marketing / trade marketing teams
- Take lead on cross functional strategic projects, supporting local as well as global efforts in pursuit of stronger outcome-driven results and additional sales
- Responsible for oversight of of all Consumer processes, ensuring alignment, education, efficiency and compliance at all times
- Sets clear direction for quality levels and ensures comprehensive quality assurance program is in place and enhances level of knowledge, skills and abilities; and secures adherence to all relevant internal and external legislation and guidelines
- Continually strives to streamline operations, increase employee satisfaction and engagment, while growing our business in line with our mission, values and vision
- Builds a strong culture within department, while keeping end users at the center of what the teams do
- Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, utilizing all Coloplast tools, processes and resources
- Guides implementation of ongoing training and development programs to continuously drive successful business results
- Proactively seeks opportunities in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of approaches to support our end user experience
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 10 years of commercial experience in relevant industry and function, incl. ECom sales in Consumer or Medical device or Pharm. Industry with a proven track record of results
- 8+ years of Sales leadership experience including build a strong, stable team
- Experience in setting a compelling commercial direction and build strong plans - and adjusts course fast if needed
- The candidate must have international exposure in MNC
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English preferred
