NPI Program Leadership
Serve as the primary AME contact for managing New Product Introduction (NPI) launches.Process Industrialization
Lead the setup and validation of new manufacturing lines and processes to meet PAT, FAT, and ODT milestones.Manufacturing Cost Estimation
Collaborate with technical and finance teams to define Capex and conversion costs for EV cooling products.Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
Evaluate manufacturability and drive design changes to optimize cost and quality; lead DFM, PFMEA, and MRL activities.Prototype & Lessons Learned
Analyze prototype builds and past launches to improve future designs; create scorecards and coordinate first builds.Make vs Buy Strategy
Support strategic decisions on in-house vs outsourced manufacturing in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Strategic Planning & Reviews
Contribute to annual planning (AOP), lead LIR/FIR reviews, and support root cause analysis and action plans.Process Development & Validation
Define equipment specs, participate in tooling reviews, and validate new processes with technical teams.Continuous Improvement & IP Protection
Conduct post-SOP reviews, identify improvements, and support IP generation for zero-emission manufacturing technologies.Lead strategic NPI for cutting-edge EV technologies.Drive innovation in zero-emission manufacturing processes.
  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years in automotive manufacturing, with deep knowledge of process development, industrialization, and EV-related technologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Proven experience cross-functional teams in NPI, DFM, PFMEA, and Capex planning.
  • Innovation-Driven: Strong track record in driving process innovation, equipment specification, and IP generation in zero-emission or EV cooling systems.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines and cost constraints.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capable of contributing to make-vs-buy decisions, manufacturing strategy, and long-term planning (AOP).
  • Communication: Fluent in English, with strong stakeholder engagement skills in a matrix organization.
  • Location Fit: Open to working in Wuhan or already based in Central China.
