Lead the end-to-end development of automotive connector products, encompassing innovative design, development validation, and mass production support. Deeply engage in customer requirements analysis, technical solution formulation, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure compliance with the company's global technical standards and customer expectations.​​2. Engineering System Establishment & Standardization​​
Build a connector product database and enterprise standard system (e.g., design specifications, DFMEA, DVP) from scratch to promote standardized and normalized engineering capabilities.​​3. Quality Management & Supplier Support​​
Analyze and resolve connector-related quality issues; collaborate with procurement to develop localized suppliers and support their industrialization, ensuring supply chain stability and cost optimization.​​4. Innovation-Driven Development & Industry Insights​​
Lead VAVE (Value Analysis and Value Engineering) optimization, product innovation roadmap development, and industry analysis for connectors to drive technological iteration and competitive enhancement.​​5. Cross-Scenario Support & Collaboration​​

Familiar with international mainstream connector standards (e.g., USCAR-25, LV214), able to quickly translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions. Has end-to-end development experience in core products like high-speed data harness assemblies and ABS/EPB harness assemblies, with strong technical expertise to solve complex design challenges.​​2. Engineering Practitioner: Builder of Systems from Scratch & Problem-Solver​​
Demonstrates "starting from zero" engineering execution capability-has led the establishment of connector product databases, enterprise standards (design specifications/DFMEA/DVP), and other system documents, with familiarity in the full process from requirement analysis to mass production validation. Skilled in using quality tools (e.g., 8D, fishbone diagrams) to analyze and resolve connector issues (e.g., poor contact, insufficient temperature resistance), with proven track records in driving localized supplier development and achieving cost efficiency.​​3.
