Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: HUB CN/SEA Manager, LVSIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Your role and responsibilitiesPlay an essential role in the growth of the business by providing a cohesive project management strategy to assure adequate levels of project
profitability, risk mitigation, issue containment and instill a relentless pursuit of process excellence to assure a positive customer experience.This role is contributing to the EL-LVS in Xiamen.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Lead a team of project managers to ensure projects comply with ABB's code of conduct, meet contractual obligations, technical specifications, deadlines, and quality standards, while achieving profitability and cash collection goals.
Head the Project Management Office, ensuring adherence to ABB policies and continuous improvement of processes based on industry best practices and LPG business strategies. Incorporate lessons learned into process improvements.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, address mutual concerns, and seek additional business opportunities to ensure timely contract completion, customer satisfaction, and financial success.
Oversee the local Project Execution team to ensure consistent adherence to ABB policies.
Manage project management activities at the portfolio level through reviews with management and project managers, actively resolving escalated issues.
Plan, assign, and manage project resources based on competencies and project needs. Develop project management capabilities in line with LPG directives.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
You have established skills in managing people, with 5~8 years of experience in leading teams and driving resource and talent management
You are passionate about governance and performance, organizational change and transformation, and continuous improvement, demonstrating innovative solutions in these areas
You are at ease communicating in English, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
You are committed to delivering benefits and value to customers, driving performance excellence
