Through our leadership in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, we’re breaking new grounds in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities and more!Signify is one of the few companies in the world to achieve carbon neutrality and our next sustainability goals are even bolder: doubling our positive impact on the environment and society by 2025.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end project plans aligning with business objectives, ensuring seamless coordination between R&D, production, and quality teams.Cross-functional Leadership: Drive resolution of design-to-production challenges through proactive stakeholder management, including organizing decision-making meetings to unblock critical path items.Cost Optimization: Monitor project expenditures to minimize Manufacturing Value Add (MVA) and support Factory Cost Price (FCP) improvement initiatives.Quality Excellence: Implement process control plans to enhance first-pass yield, and lead 8D analyses to address trial run critical issues.Continuous Improvement: Foster knowledge sharing across projects, promoting standardized tools and methodologies for operational excellence.What you’ll doLeads new product introduction industrialization implementation towards the execution of world class operations performance.Ensure the timely trial run including ESR/IEMB/Pilot for successful production release and ramp-up, providing evaluation & input at key project milestones.Reports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality (AQP), status, time, and costBe responsible for key process release aligned with AQP requirement.Develop manufacturing process flow, effective Process FMEA, identify potential risks & countermeasures.Your qualificationsBachelor’s degree of Engineering.5 years working experience in electronic manufacturing, including. process, quality, mechanical, etc..Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.Project management experience is a plus.What you’ll get in return…We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
