Software Engineer, R&D, Shenzhen

• Timely delivery of software developing to the highest standards of maintainability, reliability, readability, efficiency, testability, scalability, extendibility, etc.
• Optimize and implement the existing C#.net technical framework, provide seamless corresponding solutions and deliverable of the final product.
• Responsible for the core development of the Research & Development of SMP Platform, resolve any technical difficulties for launching of the new product development.
• Handling maintenance and support, quickly to address issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with product managers, facilitate with the technical decision-making and technical risk assessment.
• Translating requirements into correctly designed and tested code.
• Debug, implement on LP's SMP Platform and any of the new product function.
• Modify software bugs and improve software functions as per request from client for the different implementation projects.
• Responsible for the preparation of relevant technical documentation and coding.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional IT experience with proven experience in software design and OO methodologies. Prior experience in Finance industry and Blockchain experience will be highly preferred.
• Candidate and developers with proficiency in C# .NET, APIs, SQL, Visual Studio and relational database with SaaS System is prior for interview.
• Master the idea of object-oriented programming and commonly used design patterns, experience in 3D client development and independent project experience is better.
• Possess good programming literacy and be able to develop according to the standardized software development process.
• Responsible and proactive, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Candidate with Finance Industry or related discipline is prior for interview.
• Proficient in verbal and written English would be prior for interview.
