2、Do a good job of sending and receiving tableware for guests.

5、Responsible for accepting the VIP's fruit notification list, and timely delivery.
6、Responsible for organizing the room meal work room, so that the work room clean and sanitary.1、在西餐厅主管的直接领导下，具体负责承接宾客预订房内的用膳工作。
2、认真做好宾客的送餐、收餐具工作。
3、听取宾客对房内用膳服务工作意见，并及时向领班或餐厅主管汇报。
4、与订餐员密切配合，保证宾客得到及时准确的房内用膳服务。
5、负责接受贵宾的水果通知单，并及时送上。
