- Develop sales strategies and facilitate team members to launch the services in order to achieve the sales targets.
- Act as the region business owner to ensure our Company strategies are implemented correctly and achieve business target.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients especially CKA within the local market.
- Conduct internal and external product and service training.
- Set up North China BD team and training the team members as qualified sales.
- Managing, monitoring and expanding alliances in North China and ensuring highly effective relationships with these partners.
- Bachelor or above, major in marketing, chemical, or business English is preferred. Experienced or have relevant work experience, college degree also is acceptable.
- More than 5 years sales or business development experience with 3 years and above managerial experience in consumer testing industry.
- Good skill of English, especially written & spoken English;
- Aggressive, self-motivated, willing to work independent under pressure and target oriented; Good communication skills.
