- Along with the local National Sales Manager, contribute to the definition of the local growth strategy and initiatives
- Contribute to improve sales process
- Contribute to the definition of best practices
- Demonstrate a positive leadership and a great influence on the team including our distributors
- Achieve or exceed sales target on the assigned territory
- Manage the reseller network in assigned territory
- Establish growth strategies and action plans with resellers and follow-up
- Monitor resellers opportunities
- Participation to trade shows, technical events, open-house, sales meetings and other sales events
- Provide sales forecast and participate to forecast review meetings
- Ensure continuous improvement of resellers technical skills on Faro Creaform solutions
- At least 5 years if experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of english and mandarin
- Readiness to travel 40-50% of the time
- Degree in Business management or Engineering
- Relevant experience in technology sales and channel sales management
- Knowledge in Metrology, Quality Control or Reverse Engineering is an asset
- Results oriented and autonomous
