What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an Data Analyst, focus on ETL Delivery to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in SQL/ETL development, with expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines in a Big Data environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL jobs in the Hadoop ecosystem using Hive SQL, Spark, and Spark SQL.
- Perform physical model design and implementation.
- Work with Business Analysts (BAs) or independently to gather requirements and design data mapping logic.
- Manage end-to-end ETL job releases, including development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects in areas such as AI/LLM and NL2SQL.
- Lead ETL development projects and mentor junior team members.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in ETL development and data pipeline optimization.
- Country and regional business teams and tech team

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ETL development.
- Strong expertise in SQL (HiveSQL, Spark SQL) and data modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Kafka).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spark, or Python.
- Financial industry background and familiar with finance data
- Team lead or project lead experience, able to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- English Proficiency: strong in read/write/listen/speak.
