Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Quality Specialist__Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.The work model for the role is:onsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:

Digital system development for Quality module, such as SAP QM, MES, SRM etc. Form system ideas from Quality requirements and pass them on to system suppliers or IS department and Complete digital project; Streamline the process and translate it into digital implementation.
Handling Quality system audit(ISO9001) and customer quality audit.
Pay attention to Quality Culture implement and improvement, such as Quality knowledge sharing.
Other work issued by quality dept.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s or above in Engineering or similar degree.
Minimum 3 years quality related working experience.
Familiar with ERP system experience, QM module of MES and SAP experience is preferred
Experience in office automation development (VBA, python...) is preferred
Familiar with Office advanced applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Sharepoint...)
Good knowledge in the manufacturing or quality control，such as process control, incoming inspection process and non-conform handling.
Fluent English in both speaking and writing
