Motor assembly process quality control; Process non-conform handling and customer claim leading in IPU;
Quality KPI follow and potential risk indetificaiton;
As quality representative in IPU, push qulaity improvement (Process approach, equipment, skill competence )
Collabrate with AME, production, facility and R&D; Participate in the improvement of new products development.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering.
Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Skilled in English writing & reading.
3+ years of experience of quality/process engineer in JV / WOFE.
Senior engineer of motor especially stator/rotor is preferred, the above requirements may reduced.
