- Develop and execute omnichannel CRM strategies for public (e.g., Tmall/Douyin) and private (WeChat Mini Program) domains to combat high CAC and low repurchase rates.
- Design tiered membership programs, referral mechanisms (e.g., KOC/affiliate networks), and incentive campaigns to boost retention and acquisition.
- Optimize touchpoints and funnel conversion.
- Scale a IP persona to drive Mini Program engagement.
- Implement automation tools and track ROI through real-time dashboards (GMV, CAC, LTV).
- Partner with E-commerce, Retail, and Distribution teams to align communications with business objectives.
- Report performance insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decisions.
- 5+ years in CRM, with 2+ years managing WeChat private domains (health/wellness/FMCG preferred).
- Proven success in launching digital campaigns, CRM systems, and loyalty programs.
- Proficiency in CDP tools (e.g., Alibaba Cloud CDP), analytics suites (Power BI/Tableau), and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making and China consumer behavior.
- Agency or multinational brand experience; entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data, or related fields.
- Lead high-impact CRM initiatives in China's dynamic health/wellness market.
