- Develop the OEM customer.
- Analyze customer demand, customer support and advisory.
- Be accountable for setting up OEM business sales and distribution network to achieve strong growth with target margin.
- Do OEM Sales forecast budget and reports.
- Achieve planned targets to meet the company's expectation on top line and margin.
- Provide support on delivery and payment collection.
- Develop close and strong relationship with key customer and maintain long-term relationship with key customers.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in multinational.
- Have deeper industry background- wholesale channel, familiar with valve product in HVAC and plumbing system; Sales experience in valve, heating, HVAC business is preferred.
- Familiar with OEM business and channel management preferred.
- Responsible and accountable customer focused and self-motivated.
- Excellent ability of managing customers and self-control.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Works well with others, is a good team member.
- Able to work under pressure.
