- Own the end-to-end delivery of customer integrations and implementations from project kickoff through production launch.
- Define and manage implementation plans, milestones, and acceptance criteria for OEM and strategic partners.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex delivery, integration, and payment-related issues.
- Ensure high-quality, repeatable, and scalable delivery processes across all China implementations.
- Guide OEM customers through SDK and API integration, certification, and production readiness.
- Review integration designs to ensure compliance with Nayax standards, payment architecture, and security requirements.
- Support integration testing, certification, and go-live processes including device configuration and validation.
- Coordinate batch device setup, pre-delivery configuration, and RMA inspection processes as needed.
- Act as the primary professional services interface for domestic payment infrastructure, including UnionPay Merchant Services and local operation partners.
- Support onboarding, certification, and operational readiness of domestic acquiring and settlement partners.
- Ensure payment flows, transaction routing, and operational processes are correctly implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate with payment operations and global teams to resolve issues and support new payment capabilities.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support sales teams during pre-sales technical discussions, solution design, and customer onboarding planning.
- Provide structured feedback from customer implementations to product and engineering teams to improve solution quality and scalability.
- Continuously improve professional services workflows, documentation, and delivery standards.
- Develop integration guides, best practices, and internal playbooks for OEM and partner implementations.
- Mentor and support technical integration specialists as the team grows, providing technical guidance and quality oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Automation, or related engineering field is required.
- Seven to 10 years of experience in technical integration, professional services, payment delivery, or solution implementation roles.
- Strong experience with payments or fintech systems, including transaction flows, acquiring, or POS/payment devices. Hands-on experience with SDK and API integrations in customer-facing environments.
- Solid understanding of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Android, and basic understanding of device architecture (X86, ARM).
- Experience working with payment partners, acquirers, or domestic payment schemes is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Native Chinese speaker with fluent English in both written and spoken communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within China as required for customer delivery and partner coordination.
- Nice to Have: Experience with unattended, self-service, or IoT-based payment solutions. Familiarity with EMV, certification, L3 testing, or payment onboarding processes. Experience working with tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, or BI platforms. Prior experience managing or mentoring technical delivery or integration team members.
