Specialist, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Maintenance Planning Expert

• Reviewing of approved notifications and generating detailed working plan for each notification;
• Estimation of resources and material requirement, and checking the availability of resources;
• Work with reliability engineer to develop complicated maintenance plan;
• Work with reliability/operation/EHS team to develop safety plan for high risk job; • Initiate procurement of materials and liaise with purchasing dept. and vendors for timely delivery;
• Maintaining the Executable Backlog work order list;
• Help TC to arrange resources for P1 & P2 work orders and maintain relevant data;
• Ensuring that WOs are properly and timely closed in SAP (with correct cost allocation);
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to Daily Maintenance/Outage/TA are fulfilled;
• Estimation of resources and material requirement, and making detailed working plan and schedule for Outage and TA activities;
• Coordinate external service resources during shutdown;
• Other assignment by supervisor.

• Knowledge of ISO procedures;
• Knowledge on SAP system;
• Knowledge of measuring and testing tools;
• PPM Philosophy and PPM tasks applicable for Mechanical;
• Knowledge of special troubleshooting procedures such as online sealing etc;
• Good network and communication skill;
• Rich maintenance and engineering experience and knowledge in petrochemical industry;
• Good computer skill and operation.
