- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting services to the site units, lead critical work, TAs, small outages execution in the field.
- Reviews the job, understand scope, and prepares pre-task plans to perform work in a safe manner and in accordance with Conduct of Maintenance.
- Take the leading actions to follow and provide optimizing for instrument MI policy, procedure and relevant to instrument. Verify the execution in the field for those program requirement.
- Engage in the project, modification work for construction, commissioning, startup site wide
- Provide guideline for PM, PPM execution, check the execution quality and provide feedback for the issues.
- Support CERR, Care Plan, Spare Parts of fixed equipment management site wide.
- Review the Level C RCA and follow the corrective actions. Support the Level A/B RCA.
- Provide the training and coach to instrument technicians
- Majority is engineering discipline IEA or equivalent, good philosophy and technique of instrument
- At least 8-10 years' working experience
- Positive and proactive work passion to engage in the main and critical instrument work
- Work systematically and effectively with groups
- Rich knowledge and theoretical practices on instrument
- Maintaining effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities and people;
- Good knowledge of maintenance engineering principles, rich maintenance experience and trouble shooting skill, evolving best practices;
