2.Lead and conduct a variety of user research activities in overseas markets to shape product design vision, identify research opportunities, help teams to explore new opportunities, have a better understanding of new markets and improve the product user experience;
3.Highly involved in the whole process of design and development, from needs finding in early stage, through concept validation and usability testing in development, to UX quantification and evaluation after release etc;
4.Synthesize quantitative data and qualitative research findings into actionable insights.职位要求:1、人机交互、社会学、心理学、统计学、市场营销、工业设计或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上海外市场互联网产品的用户研究相关工作经历；
3、有较好的项目推动能力，能独立思考，善于沟通；
4、熟练用研究相关的专业方法，并熟悉各类设计方法论并灵活应用；
5、需英语听说读写流利，有海外学习/工作经历者优先；
6、具备较成熟的产品思维和极强的用户同理心，能深度参与用户研究、交互设计、设计原型开发的工作。1.Educational background in HCI, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience;
2.Demonstrated long term thinking around strategic and business focused domains;
3.3+ years of practical research experience for global products in the internet sector and having good understanding of cultural differences;
4.Excellent communication, presentation, social, and analytical skills;
5.The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
