  • Sales- Focus: Create significant, new opportunities with existing clients and prospects independently; Leverage personal/professional relationships to generate business and revenue; Create a pipeline of future business opportunities; Lead sales planning process and client strategy development.
  • Project Leadership: Lead large client engagements, including clarifying team goals, assigning responsibilities, sharing information, coaching team members, managing financials, and monitoring progress.
  • Deliver Client Solutions: Apply a deep and broad HR perspective to translate client’s business issues into integrated multi-component Talent and Organization Management solutions. Be recognized and valued by the C-suite for bringing broad-based business and HR knowledge, as well as knowledge of specific content area, to create new selling opportunities.
  • Content and People Development: Develop and mentor a team of associates and support them in their growth and career; Act as a thought leader in responsible content area/industry sector by crafting and presenting compelling client presentations, proposals and whitepapers; represents Aon brand in marketing events.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of consulting experience
  • Good understanding of the business operations, operations management, organization and HR practices in Chinese companies.
  • Proven achievement of aggressive sales targets with strong business development capability and is a results-driven individual.
  • Strong business acumen and has a credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with HR manager/director, CXO, Board members, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent in client relationship management and/or project management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Client orientation and enjoys providing solutions that impact on clients’ business results.
