- Responsible for customer quality issue solving as main contact window. According to customer requirement, provide the issue corrective action for customer timely, improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead 0km issue analysis and goods return, coordinate function team to drive the improvement.
- Lead warranty issue analysis, work with product engineer for warranty field improvement through solution optimization by design and process, reduce the warranty claim cost.
- Involve new product trial and PPAP submission for customer according to the product development timing, follow the PPAP approval with customer.
- Follow customer process on “CHANGE” requirement with launch team and customer.
- In terms of customer issue on systematic failure, steer the quality improvement project with team.
- To protect customer when quality issue happen, answer for the containment action.
- Attend the layer audit internally, verify the correction action implemented and effective.
