- Responsible for the whole-process quality inspection and control of new projects (including pulley products, forged products, etc.) from raw material incoming, production process to finished product delivery. Develop and implement inspection plans, sampling plans and inspection standards (SIP).
- Operate precision measuring equipment such as CMM, vision measuring machine and tensile tester to accurately measure and verify key dimensions, geometric tolerances, material properties and other indicators.
- Lead quality problem analysis and improvement for new products. Apply quality tools including 8D, 5Why and Fishbone Diagram to drive production, engineering and other departments to resolve root causes and reduce defect rate.
- Independently operate DR (Digital Radiography) equipment to perform NDT on pulley and forged products, identify internal defects such as cracks, porosity, incomplete penetration, etc., define defect types through data analysis, and apply after equipment learning.
- Responsible for daily calibration, maintenance and 5S management of DR equipment to ensure stable performance and accurate, reliable test results.
- Realize measurement automation and computerized inspection data processing.
- Participate in the development of new pulley products, lead or support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), and formulate quality assurance plans and control plans (CP).
- Participate in the preparation and review of DFMEA and PFMEA, identify potential quality risks, and promote the implementation of preventive actions.
- Conduct quality tracking during new project trial production, collect and analyze quality data, evaluate process capability (PPK/CPK), and ensure smooth transition to mass production.
- Organize and complete the preparation and submission of PPAP documentation to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in maintaining and improving the effective operation of the company’s quality management system within the business scope.
- Regularly collect, organize and analyze quality data (pass rate, scrap rate, customer complaint rate, etc.) and generate quality reports to support management decision-making.
- Promote quality culture construction, and provide quality training and technical support to production, engineering and other relevant departments.
