About the roleWhat you need to knowThis role will be responsible for assisting branch GM to analyze strategic planning, KPI and business development plan for business initiatives, KPI definition and implementation correspondingly, including but not limited:

Assist branch GM and sales team in handling client relationship management and business development
Assist branch GM and sales team to conduct market research, collect of market intelligence and provide market analysis
Assist branch GM to maintain the sales budget and forecast for specific distribution channels and sales teams
Facilitate the paper work to obtain the approval of sales initiatives, including the events, campaigns and sales incentives
Working with China Distribution team to execute the regular regulatory exams and all compliance related activities
Support sales team to increase the service capabilities for business partners and optimization as-is business process
Completed the work assigned by branch GM

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience in sales support or finance administration is preferred
Strong initiative and drive; be results-oriented
Technology savvy and structure thinking
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
Proficiency in English and local language required
Proficiency in MS Excel and PPT
