Start with a cup of Longjing tea in our Lobby Lounge before picking up your bicycles and heading out to explore the city, then come back for a soothing treatment in our chinoiserie-filled Spa, followed by dinner in one of Jin Sha’s private-dining rooms.About the role:The E-commerce Coordinator assists E-commerce manager to execute strategies in online distribution, establishes brand and channel preference and distribute hotel products. Implementing corresponding strategies on various e-commerce platforms to generate revenue for Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting. This role is part of Sales and Marketing, reporting into E-Commerce ManagerWhat you will do:According to the hotel's e-commerce marketing plan, perform daily e-commerce responsibilities, such as information checking on various channels (including but not limited to WeChat Mall, Fliggy, Tiktok, Dianping, etc.), product launch and removal, product page content, official fan group maintenance and interact with fans at regular basis, influencers search, etc.Maintain close internal communication with the PR, F&B, SPA and other departments. Maintain friendly relationships and contacts with external partners, influencers, etc. to ensure consistent promotion plan for e-commerce.What you bring:Preferred 1 year internship/working experience in an E-commerce capacity.Previous e-commerce, digital marketing, and hospitality and sales experience preferred.Strong analytical mind for business interpretation.What we offer:
