- Define and finalize project scope, budget, and timelines for the deployment of IT systems, including retail POS, ticketing, inventory, and WeChat Mini Program solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and development to implementation and post-launch support.
- Oversee hardware installations, including data ports and IT infrastructure, in collaboration with construction teams.
- Conduct risk and issue management, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of challenges.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, bidding processes, and service delivery.
- Ensure project deliverables align with Warner Bros. Discovery’s global standards and local compliance requirements.
- Lead lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand requirements for retail, F&B, ticketing, and digital platforms.
- Identify and evaluate market-leading solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and propose integrated IT solutions that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in the APAC region, preferably in a Multi-National Company
- Proven expertise in delivering digital transformation projects, including retail systems (POS, WMS), ticketing systems, F&B systems, Mini Program, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong vendor and contract management experience, including bidding processes and compliance.
- PMP certification or equivalent, with a score above target preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English and native proficiency in Chinese. Basic Japanese is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with WeChat Mini Program development and deployment is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, finance, and business units.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in theme park or entertainment industry IT projects.
- Familiarity with integrated payment solutions and central business/data platforms.
- Strong understanding of local compliance requirements in China for IT and digital systems.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and coordinate with multiple vendors simultaneously.
