- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings.
- Facilitate visits and meeting arrangements for senior executives with external parties.
- Handle Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) filings.
- Manage communications and membership payments for industry associations.
- Oversee the purchasing, delivery, and inventory management of products and gifts.
- Maintain the calendars .
- Frequently communicate and interact with external parties at the working level, as well as internal company staff, to coordinate and execute various projects.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to the requirements of the team, often under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and troubleshoot issues that arise while directors or managers are traveling.
- Conduct light research as needed.
- Organize both on-site and off-site events.
- Manage other Ad-hoc requests from the manager.
- University degree
- 3 years of relevant experience. Multi-national company experience a plus.
- Prior experience with travel / meeting arrangements
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality
- Proactive, self motivated and team player
- Fast learner
- Intelligent and structured in approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
- Fluency in English mandatory
