- Coordinate with DC planning team, factories, logistics service provider and DC IB team on daily inbound delivery.
- Monitor delivery tracking report to ensure timely and accurate inbound shipments.
- Provide inbound forecast and business update to logistic service providers.
- Address inbound related issues (e.g. delays, damages etc.) and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inbound performance, e.g. lead times, accuracy rates, cost.
- Ensures correct tracking and freight information are uploaded to system timely
- Partner with procurement team, Finance and logistic service providers on rate quotation and follow monthly billing settlement.
- Follow global lead time review process, analyze and maintain lead time table into system timely.
- Generate shipping instruction/ operation guidelines to support inbound process requirements.
- Regular review of the factory network and the inbound delivery term, to propose the routing improvements.
- Provide solutions on special business requirements in conjunction with all internal & external parties.
- Generate cost analysis reports for internal management needs or other financial requests.
- Review claim process to ensure all claims could be resolved timely and successfully.
- Be able to resolve problems by knowledge of department policies and procedures.
- Responsible for producing various reports, business slides update in a timely manner.
- Operation in AFS/HUB Light/TCM/Ariba/Infor Nexus systems.
- Participate in inbound related projects, assistant on project follow-up and system UAT.
