Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate SAP functional and technical resources and provide clear direction on deliverables, procedures, tooling and project plans.
Foster strong cross stream collaboration by resolving conflicts and act as the primary SAP COE contact for regional project stakeholders including business leadership.
Ensure solution design aligns with program objectives, guiding principles and PMO methodology.
Govern solution build activities and coordinate with architects, functional experts and technical teams to deliver project phases on time.
Coordinate and oversee SIT, UAT and regression testing preparation and execution with appropriate test data in close partnership with PMO and business teams.

Accountable for set-up of all SAP environments required to support the program timeline (build, test, deploy etc.) ensuring this is done on time and quality.

Oversee documentation requirements and adherence to program requirements for WRICEFs, configuration and technical solutions.
Lead program governance and reporting for COE by partnering with PMs.
Coordinate cut-over and data migration activities ensuring alignment with IT general controls and audit requirements.
Coordinate risk, issue and people readiness processes across project phases.
Lead hyper care planning and act as the single escalation point for IT.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer from project teams to BAU organizations.
