- Assume full accountability on team performance including revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, team discipline, etc.
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of team deliverables, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
- Direct market and industry research to identify new growth areas and trends for insurance and risk transfer solutions.
- Manage the business pipeline and nurture solid client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives.
- Build and leverage strong internal relationships across the business to facilitate opportunity identification and cross-selling activity.
- Select and negotiate with insurance carriers to deliver high-quality product solutions and service standards.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Practice Leader.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 8+ years of experience in insurance broking or broader insurance industry.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Track records in sales or account management.
