2. About the jobOur Team:Supercharge talent is the core of our Play to Win business strategy. We aim to become the go-to Employer in Bio-Pharma: Home of the best talents. Talent Management Center of Expertise (TM COE) plays an important role to shape and execute the talent strategy to support the Sanofi Play to Win business strategy in China and support the talents to achieve their best of selves.Main responsibilities:
  • Design and support talent program communication
  • Support talent data analysis
  • Support talent cycle implementation
3. About you
  • Expertise & Skills:
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence the target audience
  • Demonstrated project management skill and analytic skill
  • High learning agility with growth potential
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • Languages: Good English communication (reading and writing)
  • Attendance: 3~5 day/week, at least 5 months, long-term preferred
